Fancy some sea air, fine sand and Breton sweetness? Welcome to Le Petit Cocon Portsallais , in the heart of Portsall, where the sea is never far away (we promise, on foot, no need for GPS).
This brand new house , designed for holidays and letting go, offers all the necessary comforts to fully enjoy your stay… without stress and with a smile.
On the night side, everyone finds their place:
👉 Sleeps 6 (with a 7th extra bed ),
👉 3 bedrooms , two with queen-size beds (perfect for sleeping in), and one with a bunk bed for the little ones,
👉 not forgetting childcare equipment for travelling light with toddlers.
The single-storey house is surrounded by a fully enclosed garden (400 m²), ideal for letting children play or simply relaxing in peace. A private driveway allows parking for one or two cars directly on the property.
Fancy relaxing or having a barbecue? The garden is equipped for both 😎
And the large 50m² wooden terrace , adjoining the living room and one of the bedrooms, invites you to enjoy the famous Breton sun … yes, it exists!
Bright and south-west facing, the house has a beautiful living room for sharing good times with family or friends after a day of sightseeing!
And what about walks? Suffice it to say, you are spoiled for choice: beaches, dunes, coastal paths… summer or winter, the scenery is magical.
